I was wondering if anybody here from the Austin area was interested in getting together some weekend and having a few beers and swapping war stories.   I didnt get time to go to the con so I thought this would be a good way to meet some of you guys.  I was thinking Schultz Garden would be a good place to hangout.

No prob. I'll leave here at 3 (north mopac).  but should be there by 3:30, depending on the parking.  Got about hour and half to kill.
You'll be the one wearing the pink carnation right?

Probably going to SA this weekend, but pretty much anytime anyone wants to hit BW3s for some beer, wings, and football I'm game.

No, I need an excuse to actually go there.  Any excuse will do, but one must be readily available should the need to proffer it arise.  Without that limiting factor I would likely drown in a pool of fat, beer, wing sauce, and my own drool.

Tom, Beers were good, conversation good.  Next time I got the beer and I'll get you some of that Schultz's BBQ, its probably the best in Austin, or anywhere else.
