Title: Channels 300 - 399

We have channels 100 - 199 for everyone on the same side, 200 - 299 for everyone in the same arena, how about adding 300 - 399 for everyone in any arena?

Gryffin, I read in Pyro's post, I think, that HTC hopes to devise intra-arena communications.  "Intra-arena" my word, not Pyro's.
