Terrel Owens was just rushed to the ER by Dallas Fire. The news said doctors were trying to "induce vomiting" at this time. Sounds more like he is getting his stomach pumped for some reason. What a circus this guy is.
-
All he wants is attention. Everyone should ignore him and hope he goes away
-
Induce vomiting? If the salamander was to puke, there'd be nothing left.
-
There'd still be a lot of hot air and BS in him, don't kid yourself Cap'n:aok
-
The receiver whose name we shall not speak probably has Rod Stewart syndrome.
-
ew.
-
Wow...a Dallas Cowboy involved (maybe) with drugs? No way. That never happens.
-
I said it before - Texans know how to party! :)

Everyone here is suffering from the "I love McNabb" syndrome. They have Donovan McNabb stuffed down their throat so much that they would never stop to actually realize that McNabb isn't worth 2 items off of the dollar menu.
Was it T.O. who was "Tearing apart the team?" No. T.O. was the first person to say that McNabb isn't worth the skid marks on my old underwear (except for Limbaugh).
And because of the McNabb syndrome, T.O. will forever be marked and prejudged.
-
When did this happen?

Leading a team to 3 NFC Championship games in a row is hardly the mark of a worthless qb. TO will be forever marked due to his actions, both in Philly and SanFran, not because of anything McNabb said or did. He's proven he can tear apart a locker room in two different cities and I guarantee he'll do it in Dallas before his contract is up. Just wait and see.

Not to mention the guy is already completing 3 out of every 5 passes with an average of 9 yards, and 7 TD's... If TO was this I dont need anyone else to win superstar that you claim him to be, why isnt Dallas 3-0?

Mcnabb lost em the superbowl, owens got em there. simple. Next question.

The TO circus started before he went to philly.
this is just another chapter in the ongoing Saga with him
Anyone remember the tantrums he threw when with the 49ers?
shoulda had his butt royally and whooped then.
The Eagles seemed to do pretty good before TO arrived.
They didnt do it because McNabb sucked.
They will probably to pretty good now that TO is gone and is providing his antics for a different audience also.
TO is a great receiver no doubt. But hes a bad joke as a man
Everywhere he goes hes a toothache

Apparent suicide attempt...well, when you're an attention hore, I guess this is the next highest step up the latter to success....
Police report: Terrell Owens attempted suicide
08:26 AM CDT on Wednesday, September 27, 2006
WFAA-TV Staff
File / AP
Terrell Owens broke a finger in the Sept. 17 game against the Redskins. According to a Dallas police report obtained by News 8, Dallas Cowboys star receiver Terrell Owens attempted suicide Tuesday night.
The report says Owens was depressed and reportedly took prescription pain pills. A woman companion states that she observed him putting two pills in his mouth.
According to the police narrative, the woman said the prescription of 40 pills was filled on September 18 and—until Tuesday—Owens had taken only five pills.
The police report said Owens was asked if he had taken the rest of the prescription; Owens said, "Yes."
According to the report, police also asked if he was trying to harm himself. Owens answered, "Yes."
Owens was treated at Baylor University Medical Center.

sorry I am clueless, and actually have absolutly no idea what this means?! :huh
I know he was a pop singer that supposedly women liked but he totally sucked arse and was probably the michael bolton of the 70's or something. personally I would rather gouge out my own ear drums than listen to his music so I know very little about him other than a general vague impression he was popular.

Should find out his Email address and send him the M*A*S*H theme song LMAO

wtf are you talking about?

They didnt do it because McNabb sucked.
They did it because every single person on that team with the exception of Donovan McNabb, Andy Reid and Jeffrey Laurie were some of the best players in all of football. Even the ****ing backup quarterbacks were better then McNabb.
Saying that McNabb is the reason for the team doing well is like saying the CD Player is the reason why a car goes fast.
BS

Actually, it's very easy to say this. McNabb sucked so bad as a passer, that the receivers had a tough time actually catching the ball. The receivers we had were good, but nothing amazing. T.O. was the only person who could catch McNabb's passes 100% of the time.
-
So they're visits to the NFC Championship game before TO got there were what? A fluke?? Yeah, right, and monkeys will fly out my butt. McNabb isn't Montana or Favre, but he's an efficient leader and has done well for the Eagles.
The backups are better? Umm, yeah. Feeley and Dettmer have had such stellar careers since they got the opportunity to fill in.
-
Hopefully TO will finally get the psychiatric treatment he has clearly needed for years.

The QB does not make the team, the TEAM makes the team. Look at the past superbowl winners. Seattle, New England, Pittsburg, Tampa Bay,even the Baltimore Ravens won one. Peyton Manning is arguably the best QB out there and how many superbowls has he won.... 0 Pittsburg's QB Ben Roethlingsberger isn't all that but with a good surrounding team he's good.. When Tampa Bay won a few years back they had Brad Johnson as there QB and he's by no means the best. When the Ravens won they had Trent Dilfer, by no means the best. New England went with there 3rd string QB and won a super bowl, just imagine if Bledsoe would have never got hurt, you wouldn't even know who Tom Brady is unless you watch Michigan college games. Basically in the NFL its all about team defense and limiting turnovers. You can have the best offense ever put together ( like the old Rams, and the Colts ) and it won't help you one bit. That's been Brett Favre's biggest problem his whole carear, he can throw for 400 yards a game but he's going to turn the ball over a few times, same thing with the Colts. To be a solid team you just need a QB who has an ok arm, but the main thing to look for in a QB is how smart the guy is. QB's like Dilfer and Johnson know there not going to throw 50 points up every game so they play the ball control game. I think this is best summed up by looking at the New England Patriots, they have won 3 bowls in 5 years, that's a mark of a great team. It doesn't matter who the running back is, or who the wide outs are, or really even who the QB is. They could plug anybody into those roles and still find a way to win. I don't think there is any other team in the league that would start there 3rd stringer over the starter 3 games into the new season, but the Pats realized that Bledsoe is just a gunslinger all he wants to do is throw it 60 yards each play and hope one of his guys comes down with it. They switched to Brady who shortenned up the routes and went to a 5 wide reciever set and threw 5-8 yard passes on each play and limited interceptions and it really worked out well for them, not to mention they have a great D every year which is another thing all the past bowl winners have had. Sorry for the long post but it annoy's me when people try to say that so and so was the only reason that a team was successful. They may be successful in the regular season, but when the playoffs roll around its going to be the team with good defense that plays ball control and limits its turnovers... The Eagles had a good team, a menacing defense last year, 2 solid running backs, and good depth at most positions. They could have thrown there backup QB in and he would have done just as well IMHO, but this year they lost 2 linebackers and a real good defensive end and I think that's hurting them allot more than loosing TO who has really been a dissapointment AGAIN but this time with my Cowboys, the players all need to get together on these teams and say that they don't want players like him or Randy Moss or any of the high priced, loud mouthed distractions, all they do is cause problems. heck even when I was at University of Texas, nobody on the team wanted Ricky Williams at running back, he was a great runner for sure, but the main reason he got all those yards at UT were because of his offensive line, we opened holes big enough that any idiot could have rushed for 120+ a game with no problem. The biggest gripe everyone had with him was that he never practiced hard and he gave up on runs, and closed his eyes when running the ball. He wouldn't participate in any of the team meetings and sat in the back during all the film studies we had. Basically it didn't appear to us that he wanted to be a part of the team, but coach Brown recruited him so he started ( same thing with Chris Simms), we benched the Big 12 player of the year Major Applewhite and started Phil Simms kid just because Mack recruited him. To the rest of the team it looked like they were playing favorites and was the main reason we didn't do to well with Simms at QB, at least my senior year. His last 2 years he looked better but in no way should he have ever gotten the starting role

Who would ask such a stupid question given they have only played two games?

I get to see the iggles play much more then I care to.
Actually I get to see the Gi aints and Jots alot more then I care to also But thats not what this is about.
Lessor of all Evils I watch the iggles when I have the choice between them and the former two
Seeing the Filthydelphia Iggles alot more then I care to.
Mcnabb definately doesnt suck. He's not the next Montana either. But he definately doesnt suck
If the Receivers were having problems. Unless the ball is thrown way to short, or way over their heads The receivers should catch the ball
Maybe it was the receivers.
I havent checked. but I doubt the numbers would bear you out

Man do sports writers hate TO. Almost enough to root for the guy right there.
Suddenly every TO hating sports writer that fills there columns every day complaining about people filling their columns with TO is a toxicoligist and a psycolgist.
Hell I cant spell either of them but very convient that TO suddenly felt like commiting suicide and broke his hand to get lots of pain killers handy.
When I broke my hand in a simular way it didnt hurt much when I did it, but man it hurt for a few days after the operation.
-

It's very ironic that you say this, BECAUSE MCNABB HAS ****ING RELEASE PROBLEMS!
-
not defending T.O. but he did have a pretty bad break in his hand, it's almost near his wrist, and the main reason he had surgery was to put a plate in there because he can't wear a cast because they want him to play this week. it has to be painful to catch 35mph passes and fight off cornerbacks when you have a broken hand. I think the reporters are blowing this WAY out of context because 99.999% of all football players pop painlkillers every single day, it's the nature of the sport, and since they take them every day they need to take more to have an effect. when i was playing we just went locker to locker taking anytype of pain medication we could find, 3 of these, 2 of those, 4 of those others, then we would take allot of ephedrine just to wake up so we could go play a game, rinse and repeat at halftime :) When you play above the highschool level and in some circumstances high school as well, there is no such thing is being hurt, you either play or you go home, and that is the nature of the sport. Once again not trying to defend T.O. but I can definately see how the media could be blowing this way out of prorportion.

did I just read that lasersail thinks Mike McMahon should be a starting quarterback in the nfl...did that actually happen?

Does anyone in Dallas have TO fatigue?

I'm dang sure getting tired of hearing from and about him lol
