Title: Up for 40 hours..and not by choice.
Post by: DiabloTX on October 01, 2006, 10:18:52 AM: I came in Sat morning at 6am to do my 12 hour shift. 8 hours into it I get a call from the guy that's supposed to relieve me. He's throwing up and can't make it in. Fine, ok, more overtime for me. Then HIS relief calls me early this morning and says he can't be in until noon today. So, that means my shift will be from 6am Saturday to noon Sunday. 36 hours. 34 of which is overtime. And I am so high on coffee right now I am seeing double. Cha-ching!!

If I wasn't so hopped up on coffee I'd whip your ass. But that's mainly because I am feeling so restless. So I must be a lingweeny spinnid librule.

Christ, I can't get to sleep myself, and can never sit still.

Btw, my record for days awake 7days, 6 nights. And one kickass Architecture Project.

I only live about a mile from work. I was on my 5th wind by that time so it was no problem getting home. Slept for 9 hours, thought I'd sleep longer.
