Took these yesterday.  Many thanks to the Pier Side Pub in San Leon, Texas for the use of it's property for the photos.

Let me tell you what Melba Toast is packin' right here, alright. We got 4:11 Positrac outback, 750 double pumper, Edelbrock intake, bored over 30, 11 to 1 pop-up pistons, turbo-jet 390 horsepower. We're talkin' some spiffy muscle.

I preferred that body style of Camaro when it had recessed headlights.  It looks just a little 'bug-eyed'.  Recessed lights or no, it looks quick even standing still, as any good muscle car should.  It looks like it was a nice day--take those T-tops off!


Ladies like V-8's better.  That particular lady looks like she has a good sense of humor.

That car is definately "you", DTX.

Thanks for all the kind words guys.  Ginger is a real looker, very sweet and, uh, VERY high maintenance.  

I can't believe Nate got Skuzzyfied!  "Spiffy?"  Puh-lease...lol

I took er for a ride. Handled real nice too.
Soft around  the curves.
Accelerated real well and once she got goign that baby just wanted to keep going and didnt want to stop.
Looks even better with the headlights on ;)

Diablo, I again wish you congratulations on this cherry ride (well, yeah, maybe Ginger as well :) ).   I hope you are able to write another chapter's worth of memories in this Z.   I am a sucker for Navy Blue and have often wondered why more of those weren't blue.   99% of the one's up here in Michigan are Black and look for shi* because they have no clue on how to clean it, so they are swirled, and scratched.  

Again bro, sweet ride, and if one of these days I can talk the wife into going down that way, I'd like to check that sweet Camaro out, and share some stories over some beers.  :aok

Seeing how much diablo loves his damn camaros, im willing to bet he would rather stick his boom stick into the tail pipe of his camaro, instead of in his girlfriend! lmao, diablo u r a crazy guy!
