You're putting in something like

{img}{img}http://thepicshere.com/image.jpg{/img}{/img}

except with brackets instead of...whatever those wiggly thingies are called. Probably an accident caused by using the IMG button above the posting box. Normally, you won't get the {img} and {/img} tags above and below the picture.
