Title: How to save a 256 color BMP in photoshop?

I need to save our squad logo out in 256 colors (or that's what the game tells me... seems like last time around it took the one I have in there).  I'm not sure how to do this - can anyone help?

it's very simple to do,just load the BMP in to pait and save as 256 colour,simple as that!!   :p

Jeez... $600 software and I end up using paint.

BTW: Color 176,176,176 is transparent in AH.

As said before, save in Paint as a 256 color bmp.  ;)
