Thats a good question cav.  I have a feeling we are going to see a lot of changes in youtube no matter what they say.  I also think there are going to be a lot more issues with censorship. i.e. if they start to have commercials they will not want to host something that is offensive to that income provider.  I could see them ruining the original idea of youtube quite quickly.
