If I capture an enemy airfield, which its strats are attached to an enemy zone base, that has not yet been captured....will the base still auto re supply itself off the enemy strats?  or does it have 2 be done manually

It will regain in time.  However, to speed up regain time each box of sups knocks 15 min off regain time.  8 boxes will make any base 100 % operational.

It wont get the supplies but it still regenerates at a slower speed.
