Its an old & stil running Hawkeye experiment to see if market forces can predict the outcome of various things, but mainly elections.  Anyone ever wagered with them?  
Looks like fun (bets up to $500 accepted) & maybe a good way to set yourself up as a bookmaker (errrr broker).
