I'm still trying to figure out what aircraft that is. Gotta be military with all the hardpoints on the wings. The fuselage looks more like a paasenger a/c from what I can see of it though.

99% sure it's an L-39 Albatros

Looks like an L-39ZA, with all the additional hardpoints.
The “ZA” is the light attack version of the L-39 and was the ‘definitive’ first-generation Albatross. With a belly gun pod housing twin 23mm cannons, reinforced wings, hard points for carrying fuel tanks and munitions, stronger landing gear, and larger brakes, the “ZA” has a more “tactical” look to it.
