Awww Rip, she's a cutie. Looks like a black Lab correct? Be forewarned that Labs are very smart....very very smart...take over the world smart....trust I me I know as I have a 13yrd Chocolate Lab. She has trouble walking (stiff hind legs) but man even at 13 years old she is still full of spunk.

It looks like a Chocolate Lab to me.

Labs are the greatest.  My last Lab (Black) was named Brooks.  Fenced in my back yard which is fairly large so Brooks could chase the Squirrels.  When I did yardwork Brooks was always my helper LOL.  I'd spread the mulch and Brooks would then spread it to his liking.  Uncanny ability to communicate with their owners.  If I decided to take a break I'd sit on the steps to the back patio.....Brooks would sit down right next to me!  And I mean right next to me LOL.  His shouldar would be touching mine...and once sitting for a short time Brooks would look at me from that short distance as if to say "...OK....whadawe do now?"

I miss him greatly......he too had trouble with his back legs.  Unfortunately it led to me having to put him down.  One of the worst days of my life.  Friends like that don't come along every day.  Dogs only want two things from you in return for their loyalty and unconditional love.  Food and love in return....they don't ask much do they?  All they wish to do is please you.

Hey......think they could make women that way???  Sorry I asked. :rofl
