Title: vehicle Throttle

I dont get a response from my stick throttle or the throttle up/down keys or the increase/decrease RPM keys when driving a vehicle, works fine for aircraft, gears shift but engine just idles after its started

The vehicle is operated buy moving the stick foreward to go and back to stop.  I kinda wish we could have the throttle on the stick work so I could gun and change speed, but I can see why it is the way it is.
