Title: How can I cancel my account?

I dont see any button to cancel my account in the Admin Menu'.
How can I do it? Thx for your help.

Call HTC or send an email (Check the HTC site , its billing@something....)

The HTC mail server is always down, so the billing@hitechcreations.com address is not active. The Cancel-Account button is no more on the Admin Menu, too bad. I live in GMT+1 zone so its not easy for me to phone to HTC. Again, plz, how can I cancel my account?

The HTC mail server has never been down guys.

If you send an email and it gets bounced, please post the exact error and email header.

I will be happy to look into this.  Email not getting delivered is one of my high priority issues.  I will not tolerate email not getting delivered to anyone on our service.

Ok, thanks to Skuzzy the Wizard  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/wink.gif), I managed to cancel my account. The confirmation e-mail from HTC was very kind indeed. I replied with something they found unusual as well ...  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif)

I don't know what you meant by the account deletion no longer being there, I just checked and it's still there under the admin menu.

Sorry, my fault. I checked under the WEB page Admin menu' and not under the GAME Admin menu'. Actually I remembered the latter and yes, its there as always.

I make my apologies.
