Can someone please tell me, with the new arena CAPS has the 24hour rule been changed on the time limit between changing countries?

I believe that its set at an hour now.

In EWA and MWA the time limit is now 60 minutes. I dont know about LWAs - might be five there.


Edit: I just tested in LWA1 - "You cant change country for another 59 minutes"
