Title: FSO: 1942 Invasion Burma, Frame 3 Objectives

The FSO email utility is down (not sending), so I have manually sent the objectives to each sides CiC team. I will try later tonight and tomorrow to send the objectives to all squads so that you are aware of what the goals and obstacles are for frame 3.
