Title: Sorry for the massive emails

If the CO/XOs have gotten any of the last 15 attempts I've tried with the email utility, I apologize.  On the site, it keeps saying the message wasn't sent, but I get a message in my inbox.  Sorry for this.

I will try to find a different way to test it out.  Sorry for the inconvience and annoyances.

I've triggered a spam filter on the ISP -- I've gottent a couple hundred of message failure notices from the ISP as I'm testing this.  I know I've also received 20+ copies of the messages as I've been testing.

I also have seen a few replies that they received the message.  I am trying to make sure I'm not causing people issues as I'm working through this limitation (which appears to be partially our ISP throttling the rate we can send emails which in turn locks the browser page and may cause an unknown amount of emails to be dropped.

If you are using the utility, please watch your spam bucket for bounces or notifications from the ISP indicating mail delivery failure.

I received 2 today.
I responded to one.

I have not received any more than these two of today.
