:noid i cant drive  my vehicles or turn my guns or turn my guy around when i bail out :noid

You need to have "mode2" mapped in OPTIONS > CONTROL > Map Controllers to be able to steer GVs. Then E to start engine, Q and W to shift gears and push your Joystick forward to accellerate.

You also need to map the respective Chute keys to walk/shoot after bailout.

Can't expect less from an official trainer, nice of you to answer so gently !

If I could speak english better, I would apply to become a trainer :)

You should. Not all the people  here speak English, and yours appears to be better than about half that do.
