Title: Question concerning points

I have another question concerning the points in multiplayer Arenas. when you score points, do they stay with your account? (say if i switch Arenas or logg off) Or do the points reset to zero every new game?
 Sorry again if this has already been answered multiple times. Thanks for the responses in my previous question, they were helpful.

Perk points accumulate. Score points reset every month. The main arenas do not have separate scoring. It's as if you're flying in one huge main arena.
