yes ,but you need to map each one independently.

Yes You can.

I dont know how it works with the CH/Saitek Software, but you can simply map them in AH. Make sure the one your mapping is selected as controller (dropdown upper right corner).

I am using a X45 throttle and a X52 joystick with ch pro pedals usb.
I have the x45 jstick and the x52 throttle stashed under the desk.
I use the saitek sst software to assign commands for the x45 throttle with its AH profile while the x52 commands are assigned in the AH hardware configuration section within the game.
