My favorite one is "happy birthday" but that's just me...

A photographers nightmare. You get a couple hundreds guys to stand perfectly still and one guy in the front row moves.
I can almost see the poor guy pulling out his hair in the dark room when he saw this.

Actually he was probably the only one that didnt sign the model release or else he was under age, photographer probably had to used a very, very early beta version of photoshop to fix that.

Really? Good for you! The pics look nice, have you sold alot of them? I don't specialize in scenary photography, but I do specialize in sports photography. Do you have any sports samples I can learn from?
Whats your business name?
How much have you sold this year?
Could you give me some tips on how to get published?
Also, when does a photographer get the title "professional" ? The reason I ask is because I've been shooting photographer for 30 years, yet I still consider myself an learning amateur...
My guess would be that once you have a degree in photography and have been published, that is when the title "professional" would apply. Wouldn't you agree?
What do you think of the post-processed image below? Too much blue? I think it allows the viewer to see the birds on the lake alittle better.

don't worry rip..he's tone deaf too... :rofl

To be completely honest, I have to say that Rip's post processing was a big enhancement; Rip's enrichment of the colours added a much needed breath of life...you would do yourself well to take some notes from him!:)

Here is a BMW poster on our BMW board...when I begin to think I'm getting good...I just have to eat humble pie and look at his photography, check out some of his shots:

Take a look at the link I provide above your post, and tell me its too much saturation. ;) (Specifically the sunset pic, and the water drop pic)

I don't like the over saturation.
Also, you took the original photo and presented it at a reduced resolution.
Here is the original, and your edited version.

To answer some of your questions. The name of my business ( LLC) is Arizona Greens.
To be considered a professional, I'd say that you would have to be hired and paid for your services.

all
what you done was moving midtones tag on levels correction to right, caveman can do it! But thats not the way how its suppose to be done!
Picture is burn and unnatural- plastic
Next time use shadow /highlight and calibrate your monitor properly.
-
The sunset pic looks like a picture that was posted on here some time ago. They are good pictures, better then I have ever taken.

Yanno I just did this calibration and now Rips enhancement of the photo no longer looks too blue.
Actually I had my monitor set too dark. which is amusing cause of all the debates Ive gotten into over the use of nighttime in AH.
Not to continue that debate here but
Im for it. There are many that claim that they cant see at night to which I've always said "if your having problems seeing with AH nighttime then you dont have your monitor calibrated correctly
Now the settings I had are the same ones I use in AH and I dont have any problems seeing at night. and MY settings were too dark according to that calibration.
So if that site is correct. It only proves I was right all along :)

LLC stands for Limited Liability Corporation
I have not sold anything and have not attempted to sell anything.
The poster ideas in this and the other thread are a joke. I like some of the pictures though......the first two I took last weekend, the fishing one I took on Tuesday of this week. I basically just threw some stupid arse phrases on them and posted them for your pleasure.
To get published is easy. Just post it on the internet and it's published.
If you look back through all of your anger, you will realise that I never mentioned my photography until you started demanding that I post it.
You got upset because I offered to "fix" you pictures in the same spirit that you have been "fixing" other peoples pictures. You even "fixed" Wolfala's wedding picture.
You blew a gasket because someone would have the gall to offer to try and "fix" your pictures. Afterall, you know what you are doing while the others guys here are just in need of a little help from 'ol Rip.
It's been fun playing.

Yup, just what I thought...a wannabee. So, let me ask you this Sir Nuke (I figured you should be called Sir Nuke since you're sitting so high in that saddle), why did you go into attack mode for Wolfala when he didn't ask YOU for the defensive posture? Care for a side order of hipocrasy with that bitter soup you call a life?:rofl If Wolfala was so insulted as you obviously were, do you think he would create a shades account to go on the defensive? I don't think so...only a man with a child's mind would do that.
You're going through some severe mood swings judging by the content of your posts, Nuke. What's up? Something must be getting to you, either chemically or possibly a relationship that has ended...not sure, but mood swings like yours can be controlled with medication. Might check into it, just some friendly advice.
Incidently, LLC isn't a business, it is a type of hybrid business structure that is designed to provide the limited liability features of a corporation and the tax efficiencies and operational flexibility of a partnership.

1. Pictures belong to me, wedding belongs to Wolfala.
2. I did not ask anyone to modify them
3. Yes i feel insulted for taking my raw photos posted like hour after wedding.
4. By the law you stole my pictures, modify and post them on internet without my permission. I m wrong here?
And btw, that was just amateur shoots, taken with dumb cheap camera, Alex had pro photographer hired , and thats not the pictures you was modifying.

Ohhh, so you were behind this too? Didn't have the balls to stand up for yourself? Had to send in those on horses since your foot soldiers (you) could do the lip work yourself? Sorry your pictures were so under exposed. I won't offer to help you again. Thank God a pro was on hand...
Stealing pictures? LOL! You better educate yourself on publishing laws, son. You didn't have your copyright mark on them. ;)

Nice pics. The thread is full of a bunch of B.S however.
When you are done comparing dick sizes how about posting some more pics. I would like to have 12 different ones with a caption so that I can make a calendar.
And I am really not picky on who posts them or who took them. I hate to point out to all of you 'elite' photographers that when I look at a picture......I never look at it to see who took it, I couldn't give a rats ass.
Back to your regular scheduled cat fight.

What sports do you specialize in? What sports teams would allow you near them with a camera?
It is a load of fun to take pics of the kids though.

Angry boobies? I'll assume you're not talking about birds in the following statement.
Mmmm booobies.. drooool.
That reminds me. Why don't we have a pictoral thread entitled "my wife's boobies" ?
Bunch of liberals
-
Do we really need little captions printed right on the photograph to tell us what it represents? I don't really see "anger" in the cloud pic - would I be wrong? And "gone fishing" serves nothing but to clutter an otherwise nice pic of someone obviously gone fishing.
It's bad enough that folks walk around with the name of the clothing manufacturer printed in bold letters right on the clothes themselves - can't art be left out of it?
The funny ones are cool tho....
And nice pics, btw.
-
Much as I hate to agree with Nash on just about anything ;)
I have to agree on Angry.
I dont see Angry in that pic.
Now if it was a pic of the raging Ocean during a severe storm
then it would fit
-
his ex wife, killed in a fit of rage then encased in 500lbs of concrete, is at the bottom of that lake

Aww jeez now you went and altered another photographers picture without permissionn or consent.
10 lashings and go to your room!
BTW .. where are them boobies?
