OK here is what I did that I believe shot myself in the foot, or graphics card so to speak...
I had an old PCI ATI Rage 128 card laying around so I wanted to try to use it instead of my Dell Dimension 2400 built in Intel 82845G/GL/GE/PE/GV on board graphics card.. Well after a few hours of trial and error I finally decided to look up the serial number on the ATI card, only to come to find out its for a MAC!... ok so I removed the ATI card, and all related ATI drivers and software, turned the built in card back on, reinstalled the drivers for it from dell which was the same version I started with...
Ok since I have done that my Warbirds 2006 stoped working, so I tried to reinstall that also, now when I started it back up for the 1st times since the install the graphics card selection window pops up but doesnt recognize my card or any other, all selections are blank...ok well maybe thats just warbirds...
So I downloaded AH to try for a chance...I have heard great stuff about it and wanted to give it a chance... well when I try to run AH all I get is a white window which hands up my PC for a few minutes and then just crashes and Windows asks me if I want to send an error message...
So for some reason games just dont see that I have a graphics card...
Any idea's would be much appreciated at this point....

go to your program files /htc/aces high /settings folder
deleate the video.cfg file
now restart aces high .. but when it asks for the inital setup ..set it up at 265 and the lowest screen size possiable AE; 800 x 600 if your monitor goes that low . I think thats the secret for running the onboard intel graphics here .

thanks I got it figured out...I just uninstalled all video drivers, reboted, windows hardware manager automatically installed an older version of the driver, and then everything is working again...
