Title: Dogfights

New programming on History Channel.   After I got back from the hospital I caught the last 20 minutes of this.   Simply amazing.

Tonight is "Mig Alley" 10pm EST.   It appears this will be every Friday at the same time.

I'm sure most of you saw it, but I figgered I'd inform.

It was on last night also, Thursday.  I recorded it havent watched it yet, started with Eddie Rickenbacker

1st new episode was last night, "Mig Alley". Man what a show.:aok

Can't wait to see one with a Jug.:D

Mig flying down a dry riverbed kicking up rocks that were hitting the Saber chasing it. Pucker Factor must of been pretty high. Nice graphics also.

i bet that eng had to be changed after sucking in all those rocks ... he's lucky it didnt snap a compressor blade or break a tree (a tree locks the blades into the spool )  good show though ... "Looks like you destroyed there whole airforce " LOL  :aok

Agreed.  I sat staring at the tv in awe.  Man, those were some awesome fights.  And pushing his wingman out of enemy territory only to have him die in a freak accident?  Man, teared up a bit there.

I thought it was great!  I was afraid it was gonna be a re-run of the show about the 4 classic dogfights (Bud Anderson, etc) but was pleasanlty surprised.
Looking forward to the next one!
