Title: No fun with my Logitech stick and AH :(
Post by: JG5_Jerry on May 03, 2000, 03:02:00 AM
Hi

I have a Logitech Wingman Extreme Digital 3D stick going through a USB port, and for some reason AH just doesn't repsond to any inputs from it. I'm completely new to AH, and so may have missed some info about set-ups somewhere, so any advice would be much appreciated!

Under joystick setup, there is a button to select joysticks to use with AH, not sure exactly where or how it works, am at work now and haven't had the need to use it, but it sounds like you just need to tell Aces which joystick you are using by selecting it.

Have you configured it under Windows first?

S'ok now - thanks. AH just wasn't recognising the stick in the USB port, so I've now put it into the normal joystick port and it works fine  (http://bbs.hitechcreations.com/smf/Smileys/default/smile.gif).

I had the same stick, same problem. Worked in sound card, not USB.

The USB worked after I installed Direct X 7(a). Same with my brothers.
