Title: Another buddy of mine can't get in...

Here is what he typed to me in an email...

created account, got password, but when I try go online it says I need

Download update and there is 1 terrain file it won't open. So I can't

Have him download the update manually from
 http://www.hitechcreations.com/download.htm (http://www.hitechcreations.com/download.htm)

and then install.

Worth a try.

Had something similar some time ago. Turned out I had "missed" a release. Had to download base version again.

Just a thought..

Try and find out what version he is currently running.  If the autoupdater is not giving him the correct download, that problem could result and should be easy to fix on our end.
