Is there anyway we can make it so that all 4 arenas dont have the same map up at the same time.

I dont see were that required a sa answer. It was just a simple question.It was not intended to start any arguments or fights or whatever.I didnt see a post that asked that question. And wow i feel sorry for any new subscribers that ask a question in here jeeeeesh.

I got on tonight at 8:00 est. every arena had same map!! Game really starting to get stale.

Yes, make some new maps. Or try one of the different arenas - TA, DA, AvA, SEA (for Special events, see the calendar (http://www.hitechcreations.com/forums/calendar.php?s=) at the top of this BB).

I'm with vlad on this one.
I love the changes think the gameplay has improved just these same maps are starting to get tiresome.

i really like that beta map, i think it'd be great fun in late war as well, seeing as it's quite small, you'd get some intense fights.

Just so you all know there are about 5 maps in submission that have been accepted but not in game yet....
Something big must be coming?!

Latest new map is a real pain for GV's.
Spawns are ridiculously far away from fields/towns, seems like it was rushed into rotation without proper testing.

If you are talking about 'stall', I am working on the GV spawn points for it, but the current spawns from the vehicle fields should be close enough, they just need to have some elevation changes.

That would be the 'sfterr2' Kev. It was an AH1 map converted to AH2. It had been around for a long time.

I agree we need more maps.If your gonna bring any maps back from AH-1 then make it the pizza map, best GV fights were in those canyon's using the big bolders for cover.

Wow, I don't even remember that one, must have been prior to 2001/2?
Sweet2h - Pizza is gone, HT doesn't have the source for it, plus I if remember right there aren't desert tiles anymore.

CC was just wondering. The bad thing was that it was the map that I disliked the most lol

the problem i had with that map is there was no water in it.. and CV battles are one of the best parts of this game.
i dunno what else it is about it but i just never liked it. not sure why.

I think everyone of us had favourite maps for various reasons, and every map has had its fans, even Baltic (me for example)
You canīt always have a map that pleases all types of players, especially on those smaller ones we do have now in the smaller arenas. Best solution of course is a bigger number of diverse maps in rotation.
I for example miss the kind of ground battles which evolved around that "strings" of rather isolated V-Fields, an aspect of the game many people happily ignored ;)

or that SFMA (i think) that has bases and GV spawns in "strings"? all good for GV runs.

Exactly.
I even have started to learn (with some success) the secrets of the AH2 Map Editor to recreate a similar Map on a smaller scale. But getting back FesterMa would of course be much better IMHO...
