Title: Lost my Pass

I lost my password and I pay for the game. Also I accidently clicked save password and turned it off. Then I clicked resend password but where am I supposed to find it? I checked Email Never showed Up. Please help.

Either call 817-251-1540, ask for Carrie, or send an email to billing@hitechcreations.com or support@hitechcreations.com and supply your login ID so we can get your password to you.

If your account email address is a hotmail, msn, or yahoo account, then check your spam filter/folder for the email which was sent when you requested your password in the game.
