Title: Audigy Plat FI Pro sound card and VOX

Pilots

Anyone using the above sound card
Having problems setting up VOX .
Can't even make it tru the WINDOWS testing procedures


Need some assistance !!

Did you plug into mic2? If so, make sure it's selected as the source in recording properties.

If it's something else you might post more information.

The WINDOWS test procedures is straight forward.....:(
Has many screens with all kinds of tabs ....
I've also read some tips included in AH threads...
Still can't get the mic to activate the "sound"  level meter:cry

The sound card includes a front panel on my tower.
I tried plugin' at the back and at the front panel.
Yes the MIC option is checked and I tried with MIC2....
Negative results

What kind of information would you like for you to assist me further.

When you plug into mic2 on the front panel you turn the knob all the way up and you have mic2 selected on sound panel recording properties and also "what you hear" selected?
