Title: Warping Issues

New computer.  Have noticed as I move in for close shots, enemy planes begin warping.  Any suggestions or fixes?

run a DxDiag and post the first third here, also check howmany processes you have running. These guys will spot any driver issues, and the number of processes running in a new computer may be high enough to cause trouble

might try dropping your directX sound accelleration down a notch.
