Title: ENY values
Post by: Kev367th on November 13, 2006, 01:06:19 PM
Anyone else notice any other strange ones -

Spit IX has a higher ENY value than a Seafire IIc. (i.e. Seafire (Navailised Spit Vc) is unavailable before the IX)

This deliberate or another goof?
Would have expected it to be the other way round.

Only obviuous advantage of seafire is its sweet diving ability. maybe because its a very nice CV plane is why its higher ENY, just a guess.

but eny needs to be 'globalised'. last night, i was in LW bish and knights started to take over. many rooks bialed out of arena(dont blame em), but our eny soared, at one point i could not up fromation buffsand rooks could get 262's for 30 perks or so. maybe ENY should be calculated through consideration of numbers in all arenas tallied up, this would stop losing country bailing out and swarming other arena.

any comments/ enhancements?

since the split alot of the ENY values seem to be a bit "funny". Dunno why?

Are ENY values dynamic, calculated based on what people are flying?  If so, then perhaps the Seafire is flown more than the Spit IX and so has a lower ENY.

im not sure.... but that method would explain why the hurri 2c is so low ENY.... because its flown in EW so much... hmm maybe you onto something?

i dont think its a automatic process, i just think HTC looks at the useage numbers, and tweaks the ENY every 4 months or so?

Conspiracy to hold the RAF planeset down.  Next they will perk the Spit XVI, Spit VIII, and the Tardphoon because of the 4x20mm hispanos and it's deck speed.

LOL, I thought I was the only one who called it a tardphoon. It's great betty yells and screams on squad vox whenever I make fun of "her" plane.  I think her favorite nick for it (and mine)is the Typoontang :)
