Title: How Long until a newly created account is activated???

Well folks...I created an account on monday, received my confirmation email and password, then tried to login...and "INVALID USER NAME OR PASSWORD"...and I keep on getting this message on and on and on: What's gone wrong?
I downloaded the actual version of AcesHigh, I am NOT behind ANY proxies or firewalls and kept getting this message in BOTH cases - trying to login through the "Account Administration" section on the website or through AcesHigh directly. Would like to know, is HiTech Creations just porking me and forcing me to be not able to use the free trial or is this just an occasional failure?

no they aren't screwing with u, an email to Yankee at HTC will likely clear this up for you.

Hello ShySnake

Make sure you enter the info as you recieved it.

Letters are capital sensitive.

POKIE is not the same as Pokie or pokie.

Just a thought!

I tried it all the ways - As received, all uppercase, all lowercase.....no help
