Winning the war, getting highest rank, landing 20+ kills, killstealing, vulching...:D

What makes the game fun? Good question. For me it is the learning experiance and the dedicated teamwork from my squad. In my personal opinion I think I belong to one of the best (if not the best) squads in the game. Sure if you watch 200 (which I feel dumber at the end of the day from watching) the LTAR's catch alot of hell-LTARD this LTARD that-but we command alot of respect from the Arena and there is a sense of jealousy out there. We are not a squad who score potatos or worries about our Rank like so many others. For we will ditch in a minute to jump to a field that is being capperd or vulched-funny how quick the vulchers leave or die when we show up-we do alot of porking of nme field to keep those little eggs from fallin on us. Alot of people think of us as one dimensional but fail to realize we have quite a few good sticks. The other fun part for me is learning the flying aspect of the game. On the ground I feel I can hang with the best of em in this game, but I am trying to expand my game play by learning the flying aspect. I started this in FT which is gone and we all miss. Sure I get tired of being vulched and cherry picked but it only help my SA and how to get better. Till this month my Deaths were higher than my Kills but I know I am getting better. I have fun defending as well a attacking. There are alot of good players in this game in their own way. I think the ranking system stinks, which I blame mostly strat targets which reflects on peoples score-just check out some of the top ranked which shouldnt be. Oh well I have rambled on enough.

I'll never forget the day you guys decided to make your home in Bishland.
Took a field then noticed a HUGE red darbar headed our way.
Was really great to be lifting and looking back to see a whole load of LTAR Ostys lining the runway.
Made ya feel all warm and fuzzy inside.
Needless to say we survived the attack and took that field from them also about 10 mins later :) .

What makes this game FUN
---------------------------------------
1. Hoing vulchers in IL2/desperatly trying to save bases
2. goon hunting,or killing last trooper just before gets in map room
3. watching the CVs turning in bombsight , and dive bombing cuz the captain is smart
4. Flying Me163, offers the highest orgazmatic sensations,
5. organized fight, fighting Horde with "Horde/mission",
6. capture bases
7. Win the WAR! or don't get reset
-
i think the thing i enjoy the most is base defense. getting vulched again and again and againjust for that slight chance i might beat the vulchers and get that 1 troop. for me its such a rush to go screaming across the deck save the base and then turn my attention to any remaining cons.

no wizards! except grits.

I treat the game as an RPG.
The thrill is to do as much as I can to accomplish my mission but live to tell the tale.
-
FX1 dont forget the funniest part of the game....
the newbs bombing ther own feilds::p
-
Watching squaddies killshoot themselves out of boredome after all the legitamate targets run for home . . . .
-
whats more fun then dropping vh.killing 3 ltar tanks ,then blowing away their il2`s on the run way,or watching them crash in to your tiger again and again.then knights lose the cap and you die after dropping vh 3 times, being tracked, turretless with all ammo spent and a guy finally drops a bomb on you that he upped 2 sectors away!

virtually even numbered a2a combat battles

Me and slapshot were defending along with sehob while heavily outnumbered. We're barely holding them off when on our base GVs start popping up. LTARs everywhere! They saved my bacon several times in a 10 min period not only with their guns but also with the chk 6s. I was never so glad to see a bunch of GV dweebs as I was that day :D :p

What makes this game fun, hhmmmm, lemme see.
I would have to say it's all the gifts I get from my fans, secondly, not being judged by my exciting wardrobe and finally, the warm smiles and friendly chat that surrounds our camp.
You guys are the greatest:aok
Have fun

Spending an entire weekend in the game and not getting 5 minutes of airtime cause I'm working on an event.
Watching the event run and seeing people come unglued over someone violating a rule or a setting being off.
Spending countless hours drafting up every possible way our team can think of to keep an event balanced only to have some clever son of a biscuit do something incredible odd and throw off the whole thing.
Planning an entire event around a new map that isn't out yet...coming soon...no really..it is...
And, if you think I am being sarcastic, I assure you I am not, I Truly love it.
I get to play with events that I hope the people enjoy, and get to Create a good time and not just show up and Have a good time.
I get to watch people come unglued and Thrive on the fact that we have players that actually care enough about their events to gripe and advise.
I get to watch the most clever strategic minds come up with the most bizarre and radical strategies that do nothing but make the other side Think, and cause our team to think even harder next time.
I get to plan and organize and try and get the rules, registration, maps and schedule all to come out the goose at the same time.
I get to work with some of the Best the game has to offer On and Off my team.
The Game is a destination to get the People in the same place. In the "Old Days" we didn't have near the eye candy that AH has, and relied on Communication and Imagination to make the events enjoyable. Now we have the best of both. The gaming communities Best Players backed up by the Best Format.
Ya, it's a good thing :aok

For me its a chat room with features.

Lots of stuff. Most fun I think is working as the airborne FAC directing tanks and tank busters to their GV targets. Coordinating those aspects in a way which if dome semi intelligently turns out to be a decisive factor in whether a ground assault is repelled or not.
Sorta like a game of chess, except with rockets, smoke, some bullets and lots of southern hospitality.

- Co-operating with squad mates and friends.
- Doing some lone wolf missions against odds while still talking with above mentioned people in the game.
- Hunting bombers, defending own bases.
