Is it possible to use an Image & have a link attached to it in UBB code ? I know the code in HTML, but Just wondered if it was possible to do it in UBB

Yes, it works. Just format it like that, in square brackets of course:
(url=http://your_url) (img)http:/your_image(/img) (/url)

You will get a border around the image, as seen above.
