BMI calculators donīt count muscle mass. Any person who does some physical training has some muscle and it weights more than fat.

I am 185cm tall , around 85 kg and there is not much fat on my body. Still my BMI is almost 25.

Such studies should not rely only on BMI which in itself is an old and unreliable method.

Only problem is finding clothes in my wardrobe that fits anymore. Its all too big and I end up looking like a hobo. I even had to put another hole in the white belt that you guys are so jealous of :D

Christmas season is upon us so my new supermodel body wont last long :cry  ;)

BMI is an indicator for average people and you're not average , so don't expect it to work for you :)
