Title: 2.09 Bail out bug -

lock up, white screen when bailing out. - then the "Aces High needs to close message".  

Tried bailing from the f6f / f4u1d while sitting on runway.  - both resulted in crash. Also tried in fw190 - same thing...seems global.

I'm running hi-res tex pack. also.

disabling the lobby seemed to clear it up. just tried 2x bailing from 190a8  - no ctd

Yep, it's a weird bug.  Thanks for the report.
