Title: Error Starting Program

Howdy fellas:

I just reformatted my computer and downloaded Aces High.  The DL was successful, however when I try to play, I get a message window that says:

Error Starting Program
The ACESHIGH.EXE file is linked to missing export DDRAW.DLL DirectDrawCreateEx.

Another message window says:
A device attached to the system is not functioning.
C:\Program Files\HTC\ACESHI~1\aceshigh.exe

I'm running Windows 98, and have installed all drivers from my restoration disc.  Do any of you know what is causing this?  Would sure appreciate some help.  Thank you.

Do you have at least Direct X 7 installed?  Also, what video card do you have?  I can likely point out proper drivers for you if you can tell me what it is.  :)
