Title: Radar Cons All Black ???

Had to reformat my puter and since then I can not get the radar cons on my map to change colors to red, green amd squad colors... What am I doing wrong?

99% of the time its your video driver. What video card do you have and what driver are you using with it?
If an older video card, the newest is not necessarily the best.

you probely have an Ati/ radeon type card .

change your drivers to the 4.12 cats or 4.12 omega's  I use the omega's because they let you clock the 9550 card to a 9600pro  (they share the same gpu )
