Title: Aces High Cloud Editor

I am guessing that 'First Create HR' is the time given for the clouds to appear and begin their set route, and 'Down Time HR' is the amount of time the clouds do not appear after they have traveled their set route?

Also...

1.00 = 1 hour?

0.30 = half an hour?

0.01 = 1 minute?

Help!

0.50 is half hour, all else you are correct on.
