Title: how to turn on or use title music or tmusic

i have found the option in playing sound volume at bottom line. title music the name, and tmusic the file name. i tried to make it effect from time to time and asked sometime to ppl in game playing. but nobody knows?? what is title music? how to turn it on? or what need to do it?

ive got a slight inkling that title music may be on the way, if some lazy bum gets his act together and finishes it.  :o
