Title: The Game Wont Start

Hey everyone, I have been playing AH on one of my computers for a few weeks. Its been working fine and everything. I decided to try and get the game on my other computer,so I could run a 24/7 FFA server for 8 player mode. Everything worked right until I tried to start it and I got an error message. This happened on my other computer,but then I just restarted it and everything was ok. But on this one its not. No matter what it does it just wont start.

Need more information.  CPU?  System RAM?  Video card?  Sound Card?

Basically, the top half of the DXDIAG output.
