Thought some here would enjoy the pic. It's a 4000 megapixel image of "Fifi", the CAF B-29. Gigapxl link. (http://www.gigapxl.org/gallery-B29.htm)

I read about the couple doing this Portrait of America project in a Popular Mechanics awhile back. The pictures really are pretty amazing. iirc it was built off of a K-38 military camera, and the film is something like $10,000 per roll.

wow! The resolution is amazing. Pretty cool.
