Title: Initilization Failed with -5 Main sn_failed_2

This is an error I get after putting in a new MB.My sound is not being recognized yet due to whatever problem its having but Im curious.Is this the reason for the error?
 Again thats

BTW its a K7S5A board runnin a Thunderduck 1 gig w onboard sound

Get the sound drivers installed and working, that looks like the problem.

Looks like Im not going to get the Onboard sound working.Its just not getting past that !! on the system props.Off to whereever I go to get a sound card.Rassum frassum  :mad:

Check to make sure there is not another sound card, and look at the specs for the motherboard to see if there is any type of jumper for the sound card. Also dip into your bios and make sure its not disabled or set to something its not in there.
