im not sure if this is the right forum for this but, how can i change the squadlogo from a bmp file from my harddrive to a diff file that will upload and work in a sugniture on the BB. thx

There's a gazillion different programs that convert graphic images from one format to another.  I think even MS paint brush can do it.  You use the "save as" command and choose jpeg or gif, or whatever format you're converting to.

HTC apparently did this for your squad image already on their website.
