Title: LWBlue channels bug

In LWBlue you can't use the .sr command and you can't talk to squaddies in other arenas. Please fix it, LWOrange is pretty boring to play :(

forgot to say that the server connection went down the drain, I had 120 ping now I am at 200. And I saw many euro players complaining about connection problems. I know its not a bug.

also noticed .sr was not working this morning in LW Blue

now it works well in LWBlue, but doesn't work in MWPurple
