Title: Why am I on the "new accounts" list?

I don't where else to put this. I just recieved yet another promo email from hitech. While it sounded very nice, it said that I recieved it because I am on the HTC list of new accounts. Huh? I've been here for well over a year now. I think that this is my 18th month. What the heck is going on here? Can anyone clue me in? Thanks!

It beats being on HTC's "Other" list :)
