I first recall seeing Rip Torn in a movie called Flashpoint,  I've liked him ever since...  I'd say that if Rip Torn is in the movie, its probably worth seeing.

His best role was as Skully in Summer rental

Ok maybe not his best. But a role he fit very well LOL

Would make a GREAT Long John Silver

Or as the Role of "Captain Daniel Gregg" in a remake of the Ghose and Mrs. Muir
