Title: tried AH today and had a problem logging in

I downloaded Aces High today and signed up and everything.

I played around for a few hours then lost my connection. I came back shortly after and it said I needed a subscription.

Do I fill out the stuff now and go about my trial for 2 more weeks before I am billed? Or is something else wrong?

 I had the same problem yesterday (Aug 29 at about 10 PM). Looks like  HTC account database got confused.

I still cannot log on. The game seemed cool, but I am getting no support and am not impressed. I just want to understnad what I should do.

 I guess they are experiencing some kind of problems, because it happened with me again yesterday - with a brand-new account.
 There are only 6 people in the HTC company, so they may not be able to respond here quickly.
 Try H2H - there are usually a few games and up to 8 people can play there. You never need to subscribe as long as you play H2H only.
 And with newly released Terrain Editor, the terrains in H2H will be more interesting then the main arena soon.

 If you are new to AH, you may want to spend a few weeks in H2H only for practice.
