Title: Perk System that has value

Currently people earn perks for hitting targets,  and receive a reduced value if they fail to return to base.  I would like to suggest a change that you only earn the perks at full value if you live and actually RTB and half that if you ditch or bail.  But if you die, you get nothing.

i dont like that idea to some part. i think that if you land you get full price yes if you bail or ditch you get half price. but if you die you get a min of 1 and a max of 2 perks. i think this would make it more fare even for the n00bs that dont know what they are doing.
