If killing the ammo bunkers at an airfield prevents you from upping at that field with ord, what do the ammo bunkers at a port and vh do?

It prevents the use of rockets or torpedoes (=vehicle ord) on a PT boat

No effect at a VB unless it can spawn PTs.
