So the Clinton administration was tapping Princess Diana’s phones.  And of course there was no warrant.

Interesting!

Its ok to tap your next door neighbors beloved daughter on a date but its wrong to tap into overseas communication of suspected terrorists...

Niether was illegal though tapping princess Dianna's cell phone seems pretty stupid, no wonder OBL and Al quida succeeded, our President at the time was more interested in juicy cell phone sex and interns then actually doing his job....

Constitutional protections only cover citizens or those within the country. That's why the US pairs with its buddies in intel-sharing programs.
